A Sales Cloud solution was added to an existing Salesforce org. Our team of consultants worked to ensure that proper security rules were in place and that users in other groups would not be impacted by the changes required by the client. Sales Cloud was used to assist the client in managing leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities. We then personalized these objects to allow the client to prioritize relevant information. A series of reports and dashboards were created to streamline and review sales data.

Following project completion, the client had a system in place to leverage a greater view of their sales processes and customers. Teams were able to better focus their efforts on optimal leads using a collaborative Salesforce org with centralized client data, opportunities and documents. The system was designed to enable full Salesforce adoption by relevant internal teams who could then use it to market effectively and grow their business.
