Introduction

Our client operates several sub-brands with multiple sales teams in various international markets. With a number of teams working independently of one another, they realized a need to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of their Salesforce instance to consolidate information, reporting processes and data in order to obtain a better understand the company’s overall sales efforts.

Solution

Our teams provided the client with managed services via banks of hours, admin support, and ad-hoc strategic consulting to assist with bi-monthly data migration from their ERP into Salesforce. On the admin side, we helped Cascades reconcile reporting, lead assignment rules and automation, while our consultants helped them consolidate sales divisions into a single interface.
