In 2020 as Canada continued to experience a massive housing boom, CentreCourt Inc. found itself ranked #11 on the list of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies as one of the most active high-rise developers in the Greater Toronto Area. They needed a plan to scale day-to-day operations with enhanced metrics to help teams make data-driven decisions, streamline their processes and reduce redundant tasks wherever possible.
Together we established a two-phase plan that would begin with rolling out a Salesforce Sales Cloud solution for CentreCourt, with phase 2 focusing on customer care. We built a system designed to intake offers in mass; assess market preference instantly; visualize the building in real-time based on sales progress; and generate deposit and commission records automatically.

By centralizing the process in one platform, CentreCourt was able to consolidate all aspects of the Sales across all their projects and generate new business metrics that were not possible without spending days trying to consolidate Excel sheets. They now have in place a modern, digitized system to analyze trends, plan for their future and adjust to changes in the market quickly and efficiently.
We are presently working on Phase Two which will see the inclusion of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Pardot to support greater customer engagement.
