After deciding on a Salesforce solution with Nubik, Enviro Confort followed our consultants’ proposed architecture to use Sales Cloud, Field Service and Pardot to achieve their goals. We designed a system to give their operations team the ability to create work orders depending on the tasks involved, assign those orders to technicians based on availability and skill set, manage recurring installations and service calls, and provide field teams with easily-accessible, relevant information about each customer.
