After consulting with Nubik, Enviro Confort followed our Salesforce consultants’ proposal to use Sales Cloud, Field Service, and Pardot. We designed a Salesforce system tailored for the HVAC industry that gave their operations team the ability to create custom work orders depending on the tasks involved, assign those orders to technicians based on availability and skill set, manage recurring installations and service calls, and provide field teams with easily-accessible and relevant information about each customer.

The client is most active in the spring as customers rush to install, maintain, or upgrade their AC units. During the first spring rush following their go-live with Nubik’s custom Salesforce for HVAC solution, Enviro Confort customers reported that their agents were the only HVAC company returning calls. Within ten months of working with Nubik as their Salesforce partner, Enviro Confort substantially increased their annual sales and also began growing through acquisition, something they had never accomplished before.
