Introduction

The client was using Salesforce to track opportunities and sales within four key divisions. Following a Sales Cloud QuickStart with Nubik several years prior, they decided to continue working with us to maintain their their system, manage dashboards and assist with reporting. The client’s next major goal was to improve communication between divisions in an effort to obtain a better understanding of their data.

Solution

Our support team upgraded their reporting system to better analyze the sales pipeline, eliminate redundancies and funnel data into dashboards that could be used to forecast sales. We also added Reporting Snapshot so the client can capture periodic point-in-time summaries and review comparative analytics.

Results

The client now has a simplified dashboard with greater sales pipeline visibility to better understand each division’s opportunities and coordinate. Reporting Snapshot is helping the client keep track of their pipeline by comparing it to previous time periods. By removing redundant entries, they’re also making better use of Salesforce technology to oversee ongoing deals with clarity and ease.
