INTRODUCTION

When Johnston Food Service & Cleaning Solutions began working with Nubik as their Salesforce partner in New York, they had been facing a number of operational challenges. They had an obsolete CRM with a low internal adoption rate, and a lack of standardized processes in the marketing, sales, and support areas of their business.

They wanted to have a defined process for nurturing prospects and converting leads in order to prevent lost opportunities from going to the competition, as well as a modernized CRM integrated with their ERP. They also wanted to integrate a new CRM with their ERP to keep data up-to-date and reliable. When it came down to overhauling their outdated processes and implementing a Salesforce solution specially tailored for the needs of the food service industry, they chose Nubik.

SOLUTION

A key priority for the client in working with our consultants on building a Salesforce platform suited for their business services was improving case management: being able to communicate with customers quickly and contextually. Our team focused on building a system that could obtain real time information about prospects, existing customers, and team members actively working on cases. We developed a solution around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot to provide them with a 360° view of their customers by centralizing marketing, sales and support data, with tools to address service requests quickly and easily.

RESULTS

After working with Nubik to integrate Salesforce for business services, Johnston’s revamped architecture automated a number of processes, thus eliminating the risk of human error and omissions, while also allowing Johnston to improve their customer’s journey from lead generation to post-sales support.
