Introduction

Our client was trying to replace their existing third-party platform with an updated CRM to keep historical data in one place, as well as focus on reporting, tracking and scheduling sales calls and appointments. As part of the procurement process, Mari-Tech worked with both Nubik and Salesforce to explore the challenges faced by their team and which processes were key to their business success.

Solution

It was imperative to first build a system capable of maintaining their data so it could be used to build work orders in real-time based on accurate information. Following discovery, it was determined that a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service solution would best suit Mari-Tech’s needs.
