This project led to an innovation in Salesforce for the manufacturing industry: Field Fuse by Nubik. A seamless integration between Salesforce and FinancialForce, Field Fuse delivers a solution capable of supporting and uniting teams in the field with accounting departments responsible for billing. A combination of Salesforce Field Service with FinancialForce ERP Cloud resolved the vast majority of Oracle’s issues. Each integrated perfectly with a larger system that included Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.

Thanks to the integration of Field Fuse, a bespoke integration of FinancialForce and Salesforce tailor-made for manufacturing companies, Oracle’s overall system achieved a series of automation milestones. From marketing automation through Salesforce Pardot; superior sales management from a business development perspective with Sales Cloud; advanced case management through Service Cloud; scheduling and dispatching with Field Service, procurement with FinancialForce Supply Chain Management; to finances and revenue recognition through FF Financial Management, and Billing Central which is used to generate thousands of recurring invoices for maintenance.
Following project completion, the client immediately began to flourish with a faster and more accurate invoicing process, greater visibility on their true profitability by region, and they were able to start making data-driven decisions for market expansion to pursue a clear vision for the future.
