Giving Back to Their Community

For many non-profits, managing donations through manual spreadsheets can be a very complex and time-consuming task. The Ottawa Senators Foundation had been running obsolete systems that relied heavily on manual input to communicate information that was simply untenable. They needed a single, centralized platform with all their data in one spot.

The client was referred to Nubik by the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club who had previously implemented Salesforce with us. Together we developed a plan to overhaul their CRM with a more robust, sophisticated tool to provide them with a 360-degree view of activities and donors: Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Thanks to Nubik’s expertise, the foundation was able to take advantage of their new CRM software very quickly. They now enjoy real-time access to information and accurate dashboards on every aspect of the foundation, enabling managers to make proactive decisions. Their sales cycle has been reduced to just a few days, shorter than it had ever been previously.

The Ottawa Senators Foundation is an event-based fundraising organization that provides charitable support to their local community through corporate sponsorship and events. Their mission is to engage and empower children and youth in social recreation, postsecondary education, as well as physical and mental wellness.
