INTRODUCTION

Our client, Southern Siding & Windows had been operating with a limited CRM for sales and marketing, with manual processes for their financial system. Following a period of rapid growth and expansion, they found themselves with over 400 employees in the field without a cohesive, unified system to coordinate teams. They decided it was time to modernize by connecting their CRM to a new ERP that could run all of their business operations on a single dynamic platform.

Solution

After meeting with their Salesforce Account Executive, the Southern team was referred to Nubik to plan out and build a system that could manage their financial system, support sales, simplify field operations, perform data capture, and improve their customer’s experience. We customized a solution to meet their needs with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Pardot, Conga and FinancialForce ERP Cloud with Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Results

Southern’s system is now entirely paperless with sales, finance, and field teams using a single, fully-integrated system to track operations, and share information quickly and easily. Sales teams now enjoy a holistic view of customers to better leverage sales data, dispatchers can assign resources based on optimized routes and work order assignment, while finance and accounting can track costs and revenue with pinpoint accuracy.

Southern Siding & Windows (Southern) is a family-owned and operated home improvement business located in Augusta, Georgia with multiple storefront locations across states. They offer clients a variety of product lines manufactured in the US, including replacement windows, walk-in showers and walk-in baths, vinyl siding, roofs, gutters, gutter guard systems, patio covers, and attic insulation.
