INTRODUCTION

Before they began working with Nubik as their Salesforce consultant, Southern Siding & Windows (Southern) had been operating in Augusta, Georgia with a limited CRM for sales and marketing, and with manual processes for their financial system. Following a period of rapid growth and expansion, they found themselves with over 400 employees in the field without a cohesive, unified system to coordinate teams. They decided it was high time to modernize by connecting their CRM to a new ERP that could run all of their business operations on a single, dynamic platform. To realize this goal, they knew they needed to find a Salesforce partner that had experience in the home improvement industry. Enter Nubik.

Solution

After meeting with their Salesforce Account Executive, the Southern team was referred to Nubik to plan and create a Salesforce solution custom built for the home improvement industry.
