As the client’s business shifted from being a traditional IT hardware reseller to becoming a cloud and managed services provider, they realized their billing capabilities were inadequate for their needs. Billing was primarily manual, time-consuming and prone to human error. To fill the gaps in their technology stack, they needed best-in-class tools to connect operations and management.

Our teams met to discuss a FinancialForce integration into their existing Salesforce platform. Working side-by-side with the client, we implemented a complex process that involved FinancialForce Professional Services Cloud, as well as Supply Chain Management and Financial Management through ERP Cloud.

The end result was a flexible contract management system capable of quickly billing against accurate figures on a monthly basis. The amount and quality of reporting was significantly enhanced to streamline internal processes. Each of the various solutions now work together in a single, perfectly integrated platform designed to be scalable.
