16 Mar COVID-19 LAST UPDATE – MONDAY MARCH 16TH

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and we are currently following best practices established by Public Health Authorities.
At the moment, our operations remain at 100% effective. We will keep this publication up-to-date should the situation change.
As most of you know, 100% of Nubik’s operations are conducted remotely, for 100% of our employees and since the inception of the company. We have the ability to address the situation to minimize any threat to business continuity.
However, to contribute to the collective effort required to contain the spread of the virus, Nubik is cancelling all business trips to customers’ sites, partners or training-related travel plans until the situation improves. We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you informed as soon as this policy is lifted.
We are closely monitoring the spread of Covid-19 and have put measures in place to be able to react quickly should the situation escalate. This includes making all employees aware of best practices to limit the spread as well as cancelling all non-essential travel.
In addition, we are working on project-specific contingency plans should our activities be affected by the outbreak.
