01 Sep Nubik Welcomes Katie Bussieres as CEO to Drive Growth
Montreal – August 26, 2015 – Nubik Inc., a leading provider of Salesforce™ and FinancialForce™ solutions, welcomes Katie Bussieres, as the new CEO of Nubik.
Bussieres acquisition was supported by investments from Fondaction CSN and Investment Quebec.
A spokesperson for Fondaction CSN who is providing financial backing to the deal said that they were very pleased with the outlook for Nubik going forward under Bussieres:

Over the last six years, Katie facilitated the rapid growth of Negotium Technologies as its Vice President, growing the 9-person start-up to a company of 125 employees. Katie brings a clear vision for Nubik and plans to expand the company’s market influence and technical capacity.

This announcement follows one of Nubik’s strongest ever quarters, with growth projected to continue after Nubik’s recent expansion to Ottawa.
Over the last four years, current CEO Patrick Hanchay has built Nubik to its current size of 40+ experts and advisors and has positioned Nubik as one of the top Salesforce partners in Canada, setting it up to become a Platinum Partner by 2015. “I am pursuing a new direction with Levo Ventures and look forward to partnering with Nubik as I move ahead,” said Mr. Hanchay. “I am confident in Katie’s experience and expertise and foresee great things for Nubik under her leadership.”
Mr. Hanchay’s new venture intends to focus on the development of software applications for the 2M+ install strong Salesforce™ AppExchange™ marketplace. Mr. Hanchay says that going forward Levo Ventures will leverage Nubik’s application development capabilities, and that he will remain close to Nubik as a partner and adviser.
