Although Canada Tire began as a simple tire retailer in 1928, it has since then evolved into a unique tire distributor serving thousands of customers across the country. Their team is made up of 70 employees located in their Montreal head office, as well as in multiple distribution centers and sales offices across Canada.

ISSUE

The company relied on an outdated system that was unable to track sales activities and customer behavior. Their biggest challenge was a lack of communication with their customers due to an inefficient process. Canada Tire’s sales team was missing a basic set of tools, which prevented them from understanding their customer’s persona due to the lack of purchasing history or data.

Canada Tire’s main goal was to boost the growth of their sales organization with a more sophisticated and intelligent system. RESULTS

The investment tuned out to be very profitable and promising. “In the last three years, our revenue has grown by 20% and a large part of that can be attributed to what we’ve done with Nubik and Salesforce,” added Gabriel Granatstein, CEO of Canada Tire.
