CLIENT

Based in Clearwater, Florida, Vology is a managed information technology services provider. They help companies manage their IT infrastructure and migrate to the Cloud. Vology monitors and maintains over 260,000 devices at 32,000 customer sites.

ISSUE

Vology invoices its customers per unit, so it requires a flexible contract management system that can tell how many units are currently being monitored and then be able to bill against that on a monthly basis.

As the organization has evolved from a traditional IT hardware reseller to more of a cloud and managed service provider, Vology realized that their billing capabilities were sorely inadequate for what they needed. They had a very antiquated billing process. It was incredibly manual, time-consuming and prone to errors.
