CLIENT

Based in Clearwater, Florida, Vology is a managed information technology services provider. They help companies manage their IT infrastructure and migrate to the Cloud. Vology monitors and maintains over 260,000 devices at 32,000 customer sites.

ISSUE

Vology invoices its customers per unit, so they required a flexible contract management system capable of determining quickly how many units were being monitored at any given moment, then allow them to bill against that figure on a monthly basis.

As the organization evolved from a traditional IT hardware reseller to more of a cloud and managed service provider, Vology realized that their billing capabilities were sorely inadequate for what they needed. Their billing process was primarily manual, time-consuming and prone to human error.
